Bangalore-based Sasken Communication Technologies posted revenues of Rs

108.62 crore in fiscal 2001-02–a negative growth of 23% compared to the

previous year. But while the topline got impacted, the bottomline improved. Net

profit grew by 5% to Rs 15.63 crore. The company is a provider of

telecommunications software services and solutions to network equipment

manufacturers, mobile terminal vendors, and semiconductor companies worldwide.
