A wholly-owned subsidiary of EDS Corporation, Electronic Data Systems (India)

has four lines of business–AT Kearney, operations solutions, PLM solutions and

solutions consulting. In April 2002, EDS reorganized its IS, e-solutions and BPM

lines of business into two new organizations–Operations Solutions and

Solutions Consulting. Among major clients was ABN AMRO Bank, for its range of

services, including application hosting and back-office processing.
