one year to keep employee motivation levels high. A Young Leader Orientation
program is focused on the development of young leaders in the organization. An
assessment development center identifies potential leaders and grooms them for

personal development programs and can avail of partial sponsorship if the course
is found suitable for the organization and the employee.
