New Update

Employee satisfaction levels at ICICI One Source last year

took a beating due to discontent over compensation and high stress levels. While

compensation still remains an area of concern, the BPO has done well to compete

among the 20 participants this year and secure a place in the top 10.

To tackle the challenge of soaring compensation, a key driver

of attrition, ICICI OneSource does a monthly dipstick salary benchmarking to

identify the market trends.

ICICI

One Source

ICICI OneSource has taken some key initiatives in the last

one year to keep employee motivation levels high. A Young Leader Orientation

program is focused on the development of young leaders in the organization. An

assessment development center identifies potential leaders and grooms them for

future roles. Employees are also encouraged to pursue higher education and

personal development programs and can avail of partial sponsorship if the course

is found suitable for the organization and the employee.

Branding emerges as an area of strength for the company where it features

among the top 10 as the most preferred employer and among the top 20 as a dream

employer.
