Infinite got listed on both BSE and NSE, and it bucked the recessionary
trendsnot just topline, net profits also grew 19% y-o-y. Telecom vertical grew
60%, probably thanks to the Comnet acquisition as well as the 10-year joint
ownership strategic deal with Motorola for software-enabled messaging products
services. A three-year strategic deal with iYogi helped Infinite foray into the
direct-to-consumer model as well. On the domestic front, it signed an LoI with
Uttarakhand Power Corporation for an IT modernization project worth Rs 125 crore,
under the R-APDRP project.
