Notwithstanding the recession, Mumbai based Glodyne took the inorganic growth
route as it went on an acquisition spree taking over Pune based Compulink
Systems (for leveraging Compulinks strong IPRs); Broadllyne Technologies
(broadening its portfolio of managed technology services); and more recently the
US based DecisionOne Corporation for $104 mn. Meanwhile, Glodyne was enlisted by
the Maharashtra government for the implementation and management of the NREGA
project in Gadchirolithrough e-disha (the NREGS solution offered by Glodyne)for
bringing in smart cards to workers registered with NREGA for their wage
disbursement, identification, etc.
