There were extensive mentoring programs especially at the middle management
level. The BPO also launched the OfficeTiger Training Academy to offer requisite
training opportunities to employees and facilititate better growth.

Most respondents at OfficeTiger considered a good work
environment, high growth opportunities and salary the three most important
reasons for joining a company though salary remained the leading motivator.
Respondents, however, expressed fairly high satisfaction towards salary and
increments at Office Tiger.

Branding is a sore point for the company, preventing it from making it to our
list of dream companies. Fairly well-known in the ITeS space, OfficeTiger lost
out to bigger names in the IT industry as most repondents eventually aspire to
work for larger and better brands that go beyond the BPO industry. Company image
is also a concern.
