After the merger with Aptech's software division, Hexaware Technologies

went in for a major restructuring–including the creation of a global business

solutions group to drive international business–bringing in cost benefits. A

significant achievement was bagging the three-year $25-million deal from Valtech,

an e-business consulting company based in France. to service this order, the

company diversified, setting up a development center in Chennai to service

Valtech clients.
