The 800-plus strong BPO has initiated a few interesting HR

programs to create an employee-friendly policies. Employees have the option to

go for higher studies relevant to the employee's job role, with the company

reimbursing the fees every semester with the amount varying according to grade.

An initiative called Superior Performance for Responsibility

and Commitment has been launched to reward employees who show high commitment

levels and perform beyond their regular scheduled job role. Employees are

rewarded on the spot with a citation and cash reward.

Integreon

We Care is a human capital management survey where employees

are made to note three things each that they like and do not like about the

company. The HR department collates the feedback, does a root-cause analysis,

draws up an action plan and puts up the results for employee response.

Despite initiatives, Integreon has not managed to generate the desired level

of satisfaction among employees. Satisfaction on all key parameters remains

fairly low.
