Digitronics was founded in 1990 with the objective of providing third-party

maintenance, customized software, and turnkey projects. The company expanded its

business to include sales of PCs and PC-based solutions, thus shifting from a

services company to a solutions company. In 1993, the company introduced an

accounting package under the trademark of Busy, which now has over 5,000

installations and a nationwide network of channel partners.
