Solutions

Unfortunately, Cambridge respondents expressed low

satisfaction on all parameters. Training remains an area of concern where the

company finds itself right at the bottom. This, despite the fact that training

programs in the company happen in small groups which help trainers to address

individual training needs and concerns. Cambridge suffers from lack of brand

equity and dissatisfaction on compensation.

Advertisment

The company wants to focus on the area of compensation. That is because most

of the attrition and dissatisfaction exists in the entry level. Unlike most

other competitors in the same league as Cambridge, the salary differential at

the entry level is 100% or even more in certain cases.
