The amalgamation of BPO and IT arms helped Datamatics be in good stead; other
than benefits like better control on operations, reduction of cost, stronger
delivery capability and increasing cross-selling opportunities. It also helped
Datamatics to emerge as an end-to-end solutions provider. Notwithstanding the
revenue decline, owing to lesser number of new contracts, it remained upbeat. A
balanced contribution to revenue, both vertically and services line wise, sort
of derisked Datamatics from sudden market fluctuations. Its AI/fuzzy
logic-driven i-Q solution found takers including a US based state healthcare
program.
