RS Software entered into an OEM agreement with MicroStrategy, to embed its
software into its own RSIntellect solution. This enabled its customers to
improve operational performance, validate business strategies, make informed
business decisions and thereby maximize revenue. The company also opened a 100%
subsidiary in Singapore called RS Software (Asia) for catering to APAC clients.
Diana Adachi was also appointed as RS Software`s marketing VP during FY10.
