Pulse started operations in 1994 with its primary focus on mainboards. Since
then, it had been dealing in all sorts of peripherals in the hardware industry,
catering to some 1,000 resellers across North India. Pulse opened a retail
outlet to server end-users directly in the year 1997. Pulse also opines that the
current recession is temporary because there's a lot of PC penetration left in
both the Indian corporate and SOHO segments.
