A first timer in our survey, AXA Business Services has grown
significantly in India in the last couple of years. However, it fails to
generate the desired level of satisfaction among employees.

AXA
Business Services

AXA, unlike most of the other participants at the bottom of
the table, finds a place as a dream employer. (Although only 1.7% of respondents
considered it to be their dream employer.) What this implies is that the company
has been somewhat successful as far as branding goes, and despite being a
relatively small entity it has managed to create some aspirational value.

Advertisment

Training and job content emerged as areas of concern. AXA is
typically facing the growth pangs with centers as well as manpower expanding
simultaneously and the India team finding it difficult to cope with employee
expectations. In fact, some of AXA's key challenges today are attrition
management as well as initiating employee friendly policies with rising scale.

Overall satisfaction on all parameters remains low.
