The focus in FY10 was on expanding geographically (a 100% subsidiary in
Netherlands and a special venture OSPL in Singapore in tie-up with Japans
Sanwell), leveraging on offerings like RIM services, Virtual CIO solutions and
managing the printing operations for US customers. The company was also in the
process of setting up six more data centers across India, Singapore and
Mauritius. The client concentration was very high, with top five contributing
nearly one-third of revenues and top ten nearly half.
