FY10 was a silent year for Mindteck, post its acquisition spree the year
before. Coupled with recessionary challenges, both revenues and profits took a
sharp plunge, while customer gains too were few. The focus was on developing a
best shore delivery model as well as strengthening the senior leadership team.
Mindtecks Simply PCI portal, however, continued to add clients, while another
focus area was Smart Energy Management Systems, a business it does as a part of
its alliance with ZigBee.
