Last year, ACS got acquired by Xerox even though the legal integration is yet
to happen in India. With the merger announcement, the domestic market plan took
a backseat, though Xerox has started selling some of the capabilities of ACS
India. A hard and definite go-to-market strategy would shape up this year and it
is expected that infrastructure would be a major focus for the company.
Meanwhile, the company continued to do non-voice work out of India in BPO,
preferring the Philippines for voice work.
