With six delivery centers across the globe, four in India,
SlashSupport is a name to reckon with in the BPO space. Today SlashSupport
employs nearly 2,500 people, which makes it the seventh largest employer to
participate in our survey this year.
Technically, SlashSupport could be put in the same category
as Brigade and EXL. This is because the statistical difference of its score with
the other two is very low. However, a key parameter on which the Chennai-based
BPO loses out is training.

SlashSupport |
SlashSupport runs all the regular training programs including
freshers orientation program process orientation and culture orientation
training programs, and an email support orientation program which covers
questioning and responding techniques over emails, language, grammar and
localization of language. Despite the training initiatives, SlashSupport fared
at the bottom on training.
Though not at the top, growth opportunity emerged as an area of strength as
employees expressed a fair degree of satisfaction on this front. Other
parameters on which the BPO received strong setbacks were compensation and brand
equity. Only 8% of its respondents called it their employer of dreams as it
failed to emerge as a dream company.
