Delhi. It has started software exports out of its STPI-registered Delhi unit,

and specializes in Web-enabled software development, portal development,

Internet and Intranet security and messaging solutions. The cost of Infotecnics'

expansion project (envisaged at Rs 18.5 crore) is to be met through an IPO of Rs

14.3 crore, promoters' contribution of Rs 2.5 crore and a term loan of Rs 2.2

crore.
