fiscal 2000-01, but suddenly slipped into negative zone with —4% in fiscal

2001-02. While net profit fell by 10.8%, operating margin was down 3.6%. The

company catered to companies in communication and embedded technologies,

healthcare, financial services, enterprise applications, and industrial

automation industries. Despite the economic slump, Kshema was among the youngest

companies to receive the SEI CMM Level 5 certification.
