Brigade Corporation

To transform its employees into managers, Brigade runs a
Millennium Leadership Program for the development of managerial skills. In order
to reward those who perform well, Brigade conducts an annual compensation
benchmark study to rewards top performers suitably. Top performers are included
as members of the CEO Club, a platform from where members can exchange views and
participate in the company's decision-making process. Employees are also
rewarded with stock options. Brigade suffers miserably on brand equity and
remains out of consideration as a dream employer. It does not do very well as a
preferred employer as well which could imply that its existing initiatives leave
more to be desired. Employees also feel that compensation is not at par with
industry standards.
