The BPO fares well on compensation which is a characteristic
of most multinational BPOs operating out of India. However, Sutherland fares
badly on parameters like company culture and image. A significant proportion of
respondents felt that the workplace culture is not particularly open and does
not encourage employees to offer suggestions and ideas.

Branding is also an area of concern as only 9% of the respondents felt that
it was a dream employer for them. Sutherland did not mange to find a place in
the our list of dream companies this year.
