Rank 11 - Knoah Solutions : Striking the Right Balance

Slipping down from its impressive seventh rank, Knoah Solutions scored well
on aspects like work culture and people. But employees showed disatifaction with
the appraisal system feeling it should be better tuned so employees are rightly
recognized and rewarded. The companys HR head says that the lower ranking on
the appraisal mechanism might be due to some people movements in the company
last year. In addition to that, the company had set higher benchmarks in the
middle of the year that increased performance expectations significantly. The
company prides itself in having one of the best training mechanisms and that got
reflected on the high scores employees gave on that front.

Knoahs work environment is also quite different. It does not have any fancy
cafeterias, etc, but has managed to create a conducive work environment. The
company is more bent on striking the right balance between productivity and
leisure.
