Bangalore. The firm offers development, testing and maintenance services, using

its technical expertise in Internet and integration technologies. For fiscal

2001-02, Aztec's revenues fell 13% to close the year at Rs 70.39 crore. Net

profit also dipped 9% at Rs 4.19 crore. Operating margins declined and stood at

10.57%, compared to 24% in the previous fiscal.
