Amidst the gloom of declining revenues, the silver lining was a net profit of
Rs 26 crore. While this had more to do with increase in operational
efficiencies, the sales cycle also coming back to pre-downturn level in the OSS/BSS
space definitely helped. Special emphasis on platform Revenue Operations Center
(ROC) also helpedclients like Movistar Colombia and YTL Communications came on
board, even as Subex closed 12 ROC implementations for fraud management alone in
one quarter.
