Railway recruitment 2021 will soon be conducted for engineers and ITI technicians for 63 new Junior Engineer and Technician vacancies (track machine) available at Western Railway. “Those employees who are appearing in and/or awaiting for results of final examination of minimum qualification at the time of applying for the post are not eligible. The employees should possess the requisite educational qualification on the closing date of application and the same should also be endorsed in the Service Sheet of the employees,” says the notification. Selected candidates could be paid a monthly salary of up to Rs 44,900.

Who Can Apply for Railway Recruitment 2021?

The latest Railway recruitment notification says that there are 63 vacancies out of which 39 are for junior engineers and 24 are for technicians. The educational qualifications required for the vacancies are as follows:

• For the Junior Engineer vacancies, candidates with a three years diploma in mechanical, production, automobile, electrical, electronics, or instrumentation and control engineering from a recognized university or institute or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of mechanical, production, automobile, electrical, electronics, or instrumentation and control engineering from a recognized university or institute.
• For the Technician vacancies, candidates with a matriculation or SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT or SCVT in the trades of fitter, electrician, electronics mechanic, instrument mechanic, mechanic mechatronics, mechanic diesel, mechanic motor vehicle, welder or machinist or matriculation or SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA) in the trades mentioned can apply.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on the official RRC WR website from 22 October to 21 November 2021. Before submitting the application, candidates should ensure and check the accuracy of all the details filled and then press the submit button for online application, says the notification.
