Quinnox Consultancy Services, born out of the merger between iS3C and it20
during the year, has had its usual teething problems and saw revenues crash, but
courted a major success with the system integration of Oracle 11i and EDI
transactions in US-based Symmetricom. Its other notable achievements included
the launch of Quick, an accelerated upgrade for SAP and obtaining the UCCnet
certification as well as SEI-CMM Level 5.
