Meena Ganesh, CEO, Tesco HSC

Meena Ganesh co-founded CustomerAsset, and has played a key role in setting up
the Hindustan Service Centre (HSC) in Bangalore, the shared services arm of
Tesco, the worlds third largest retailer. During her career spanning19 years,
she worked at Microsoft India, NIIT and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

This PGDM holder from IIM Calcutta completed her graduation in
Physics from Madras University, and recently became a part of Tescos retail
council that decides on all strategic moves.

Neela Bhattacherjee, Head
SBU, Airlines Kale Consultant

Bhattacherjee spearheaded Kales acquisition of Speedwingsa division of
British Airways, with four products and 18 customers. As transition project
manager she was involved in setting up of Kales UK operations. Bhattacherjee
also pioneered the brand building exercise for Kale in the airlines industry.
Prior to her current assignment at Kale, Neela was director and CEO, Softcell
Consultants.

Madhavi Dahanukar, Vice
President & Business Leader, EXL Services

A qualified lawyer and a certified Six Sigma green belt, Dahanukar heads
operations for one of EXLs largest clients and is their center head in Pune.
She has 14 years of consulting, banking, financial services and BPO industry
experience with institutions such as Ernst &Young, GE Capital, IDBI bank and
MphasiS BPO. She has varied experience and has demonstrated skills in the areas
of project management, risk management, operations, sales and marketing, and Six
Sigma quality.

Devita Saraf, Executive
Director, Zenith Computers

Devita Saraf has single-handedly led the launch of Indias first education
computers and laptops under the sub brand Topper. She is responsible for
Zeniths marketing strategy and also works on brand building.

Saraf joined her fathers business when she was doing her
Bachelors from University of Southern California. Besides marketing, she also
oversees the customer service department and is responsible for training
customer service executives and personnel.

Chitra Hariharan, Senior
Director of Engineering, ASIC Design, Open Silicon

Chitra Hariharan has built a great track record of flawless execution on several
projects in various technologies. Prior to Open-Silicon, she was part of the
core engineering execution team at Intel Microelectronics and RealChip
Communications. Hariharan has over 18 years of silicon engineering and technical
management experience.

She has held senior engineering positions at VLSI Design Center
of ITI and supported several prestigious projects for the defense and the space
industry. She received her Bachelor of Engineering from University of Madras.

Harini Chittor, India Lead,
Leadership Development, IBM

Harini Chittor is responsible for developing executive and technical leadership.
In her career spanning 27 years she was responsible for setting up the
healthcare services delivery vertical and also held senior management positions
in healthcare, public sector and life sciences in application services global
delivery.

Prior to IBM, Harini has worked with Satyam, Apple and PSI Bull.
An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, she is an active
member of the Indian Womens Leadership Council in IBM India.

Sangeeta Gupta, Vice
President, Nasscom

Sangeeta Gupta has enhanced the interaction of Nasscom members, the government
and the media towards Nasscoms objective of being a catalyst for the growth
of the Indian software and services industry. Responsible for organizing and
facilitating Nasscom events in India and overseas, Gupta started her career with
Nasscom and has since then worked towards strengthening the association. She has
a bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Masters from
Delhi School of Economics.

Lisa Leonard, Human
Resources Manager, AsiaPacific, Perot Systems

Lisa Leonards forte is infrastructure services, where she has spent the
majority of time. A globetrotter, her association with Perot Systems dates back
to December 1989. A quick learner, Leonard decided to learn Hindi as soon as she
arrived in India, and she speaks it well. Besides being a recreational runner,
her passion for philanthropic work keeps her involved in Perots Foundation
activities. Leonard anticipates that with the globalization of human resources,
Perot Systems can improve the teams customer satisfaction scores by providing
stellar customer service to all of their associates.

Vijayalakshmi Rao, Director
and COO, Scope e-Knowledge Center

In her nine year tenure at Scope e-Knowledge, Rao has provided consulting
services to leading public and private organizations in engineering, healthcare,
logistics and IT domains, both in the Indian and global markets. As head of
operations, Rao is instrumental in ensuring top-notch execution, world-class
quality of all database and research projects, and initiatives undertaken at
Scope. She also steers the human resource division where she plays a critical
role in enhancing the value of Scopes people potential.

She holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and is a graduate in Math
from Osmania University.

Sushma Rajagopalan, Chief
Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Zensar Technologies

During her career span, Rajagopalan has handled functional roles in operations,
recruitment, resource management, sales management, HR, and M&A. With over
22 years of experience in IT services and the outsourcing business, she
considers herself as a business leader first. Her role at Zensar is to help set
a course for the future growth of the firm, and to execute that organically and
inorganically.

Prior to joining Zensar, she was co-founder of Threshold
Partners, which she founded about four years ago. Rajagopalan holds an MA in
Personnel Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and an MBA from
Carnegie Mellon University with a focus in entrepreneurship and strategy.

Mythily Ramesh, Vice
President, Customer Acquisition, BPO Business, Wipro Technologies

Mythily Ramesh was responsible for driving the Six Sigma initiative as a Black
Belt in Wipro and heading start up-01 markets. She has been with Wipro for 17
years.

An Engineering degree holder from Anna University, Chennai,
Ramesh also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Aruna Padmanabhan, HR
Director, Freescale Semiconductors

In 1999, Aruna Padmanabhan joined Motorola, and when Motorola spun off its
semiconductor business she moved to Freescale Semiconductor as the HR manager.
Padmanabhan has been working in the IT industry for the last 14 years. She
worked with Digital Equipment India and then to Compaq Computers.

Jessie Paul, Chief Marketing
Officer, Wipro Technologies

Jessie Paul has been recognized for her role in enhancing Wipros brand and
providing a platform to engage customers through its domain specific, IP-led
technology and business solutions. In her 10 years of work experience, Paul
has worked with iGate Global Solutions, Infosys, and Ogvily & Mather.

Her experience in service marketing and internalization has won
her the Chairmans Award in 1998. Paul, an MBA graduate from IIM Kolkata has
spearheaded the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award, which was the
recipient of the US-based IT Services Marketing Associations Diamond Award in
2002.

Vasantha Erraguntla, Sr
Engineering Manager, Intel India

One of Vasantha Erraguntlas proudest achievements is the contribution of
her team in the design and development of the worlds 1st programmable
Terascale research chip. Vasantha has co-authored seven papers and has six
patents pending. She is also a member of the IEEE.

Erraguntla joined Intel in 1991, and relocated to India in June
2004 to head the Bangalore Design Labs. In 1989 she completed her BE in
Electrical Engineering from Osmania University and MS in Computer Engineering in
1991 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She started her career as a
component design engineer with Intel.

Poornima Shenoy, President,
ISA

The first president of the Indian Semiconductor Association (ISA), Poornima
Shenoy has played a key role in fostering a number of business relationships for
the Indian semiconductor industry and their counterparts overseas. In her 19
years of experience she has worked in Manipal Education & Medical Group,
Nasscom, Nexus Consulting and Women in Business Technology.

Shenoy is a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship
for Women in Leadership & Management, 2003 by the British Foreign &
Commonwealth Office. She is an Economics graduate from Mount Carmel College,
Bangalore and holds an MBA from TAPMI, Manipal.

Maya Mohan, Director Health
Care Services, Ajuba Solutions India

A chartered accountant by profession, Maya Mohan was instrumental in setting
up Ajubas operations in 2000 with 10 employees, which has grown into a 1,500
strong organization today. She started her career in US healthcare as an
analyst. Today she manages entire billing operations for several large hospitals
and universities in the US. She is the only person in India to have qualified
the CPAM (Certified Patient Account Manager), one of the highest certification
exams in the US for the healthcare industry.

Riju Vashisht, Senior Vice
President, HR Genpact

Riju Vashisht has been with Genpact since 2001 and has held various roles in
Training and Business, HR. Vashisht was the Training Leader for Genpact during
which she made several significant contributionsthe launch of the Voice
Trainee program and several professional skills programs which led to Genpact
bagging the prestigious BEST award given by the American Society for
Training and Development.

Prior to Genpact, Riju has worked with leading FMCG companies
like HLL and Whirlpool She is an engineering graduate. She has also done her
post graduation from XLRI with a specialization in Personnel Management and
Industrial Relations.

Mrinalini Ingram, Senior
Director, Finance, Globalization Center East, Cisco Systems

Mrinalini Ingram helped to form the Globalization Center East, which works
toward expanding Ciscos vision of globalization. She is currently working at
creating a sustainable finance business model, and has also played a key role in
creating a new revenue process and a global sales finance operations
organization. Ingram moved to Bangalore to work as a finance leader and business
partner for Wim Elfrink, the newly appointed chief globalization officer at
Cisco.

This graduate from Gonzaga University and a degree holder in
Accounts from Certified Public Accountant, US has previously worked with Coopers
and Lybrand (now PwC), Dole Food Company and Lucent Technologies. Ingram has 18
years of work experience.

Ranjani Ranganath, Sr MD,
Global Development Center, Cisco Systems

Ranjani Ranganath was made Indias first IT Theatre Relationship Executive to
support the growing importance of the Indian customer for Cisco. She formed the
global team spread across Bangalore, Raleigh and San Jose, and is also a
co-sponsor of the Womens Action Network.

An Economics degree holder from Delhi University, Ranganath has
25 years of work experience. She is also a PMP, Certified ISO-9000 Lead Assessor
and trained SEI-CMM Assessor and has worked in GE India, GEs John F Welch
Technology Center, and IBM.

Nandita Gurjar, Vice
President and Head, Human Resources, Infosys BPO

Nandita Gurjar has been instrumental in bringing about a learning culture in
Infosys BPO, and creating a competency baseline and measuring it year on year.
She also introduced the concept of Client Enabling programs.

Gurjar, who joined Infosys to start their Learning And
Development wing, has more than 15 years of work experience. She started her
career as a software programmer and worked in various functions like software
coding, testing, documentation and quality.

Rekha M Menon, Executive VP,
India Geographic Services, and Human Capital & Diversity, Accenture India

Rekha Menon was instrumental in building the Geographic service unit in India,
which is one of the largest geographies of Accenture. In her role, she is
responsible for human resources and recruitment, human capital and diversity,
marketing and communications, finance, procurement and corporate citizenship
functions across Accenture India.

In her 18 years of industry experience she has helped IT/ITeS
start-ups to set up and manage corporate functions and business operations. She
has headed Talisma Corporation and was part of the India start-up and executive
management teams of Levis Strauss, Akzo Nobel and Cargill Inc.

Madhu Khatri, Corporate Vice
President & General Counsel, Wipro

Madhu Khatri has worked in the Supreme Court on cases like the challenge to the
affirmative action program of the Government of India and the Bhopal Gas Leak.
She heads the legal department at Wipro, and handles all mergers and
acquisitions, compliance issues across all locations, transaction and litigation
support amongst other day to day legal matters. In her career, which spans 20
years, Khatri has also worked in the tax department of Arthur Anderson, PwC,
Invensys PIC and GE.

Khatri is an LLB from Delhi University and an LLM from Columbia
University, New York. She is also Six Sigma green belt certified.

Binoo Wadhwa, Director,
People Success Sapient Corporation

Binoo Wadhwa brings with her a number of years dedicated to working with social
institutions. Prior to joining Sapient, she was director, HR at Xansa India.
Wadhwa has over 15 years of experience in the IT and IT consulting industry. She
is a post graduate in Economics with a specialization in Business
Administration.

Radhika Balasubramanian, Chief
Operating Officer, India Domestic BPO Operations, Sparsh

Radhika Balasubranians area of expertise lies in operations, service delivery
and people management. In her career spanning 22 years, Balasubramanian has
worked at various organizations like DHL Worldwide Express where she was a part
of the core team in the DHL de-merger process; at BPL Mobile she was
instrumental in setting up the customer service delivery operations and also
explore the possibility of outsourcing to run call center; she designed the
reliance Web World services operations; and was successful in implementing the
collection and credit process at Bharti Airtel.

Malini Deekshit, Vice

Malini Dikshit is recognized for her experience in IT/ITeS. A bachelors

years.

Sangita Singh, Senior Vice
President, Enterprise Application Services, Wipro Technologies

Sangita Singh has earned the distinction of becoming the youngest vice-president
and chief marketing officer at Wipro. She redefined the role of marketing in the
Indian IT services industry by implementing "RoI driven marketing"
initiatives. Under her leadership Wipro won the IDC CMO global best practices
award and ITSMA (IT Services Marketing association) Services Marketing
Excellence award.

Hema Gopal has led several large transformation engagements and outsourcing for
TCS Banking and Financial services customers. She started her career with TCS

Sunita Dharwarkar, Vice

Sunita Dharwarkar has been instrumental in implementing the concept of Employee

value-add processes in addition to encouraging employee participation.

Revathi Kasturi, managing
director, Novell India

After spending 17 years at Wipro, Kasturi tried her hands at entrepreneurship
and founded Tarang Software. Kasturi started her career at Wipro in 1983, and
went on to become the CEO of the Finance Solutions division. She is an IIT
Bombay alumnus.

Priti Rao, Senior VP and
Global Head Infrastructure Management Services, Infosys

Priti Rao received the IT women of the year award from the Computer
Society of India, and the only finalist for the leadership award instituted by
ATHENA international. As a global head of the Infrastructure Management Service
(IMS), Rao is responsible for achieving the projected revenue of $200 mn (for
2007-08).

Besides heading the Infosys Development Center at Pune, she is
also the member of the Infosys Management Council and Infosys Women Inclusivity
Initiative.

Priti, who has over 20 years of experience.

She is a postgraduate degree holder in Computer Science from the
Indian Institute of Technology.

Neeta Shah, Head Gujarat
Informatics

Neeta Shah has been credited with spearheading automation in the departments of
education, legal, revenue, industries, finance, health and tribal development of
the Gujarat Government. She has handled projects such as E-Databank, Invite and
Village Information System (VIS). Currently posted as director e-Governance,
apart from coordinating all the state department e-Governance projects, Shah is
handling the project Gyan Ganga, the biggest IP based e-Governance network in
the Asia Pacific region.

Anita Nanadikar, Vice
President and Global Head, High-Tech Industry Practice, Tata Consultancy
Services

Anita Nanadikar has been responsible in setting up high-tech Industry practices
for TCS focusing on technology services segments like hardware, computer and
services companies, storage and peripherals companies, and semiconductor and
electronic companies that yield high growth.

In her 24 years with TCS, she has held various leadership
positions in program management and product development to name a few. She also
led several development teams for software solutions for both national and
international customers. Nanadikar is a degree holder in electrical engineering

Diana Adachi, Vice President

During her entrepreneurial stint, Adachi co-founded two businesses: Viewz and

heads their Canadian office in Toronto. A career spanning over 20 years, Diana
Adachis journey started with Bells Canada enterprise division where she
was involved in launching two new businesses, which were part of Bells
transformation into an ICT provider.

Dr Ritu Anand, Vice
President, Human Resources,TCS

Dr Ritu has been responsible for introducing the Economic Value Added model,
and competency and performance driven pay structures. She has been in the
organization for 16 years, and has successfully driven TCS through PCMM level 5.

This doctorate holder in psychology has been closely associated
with HR bodies such as the Conference Board, International Council of
Psychology, All India Management Association, and the Bombay Management
Association.

Shailaja Purnanik, Chief
Operating Officer, Xansa BPO

Beginning her BPO career with Bell Mobilitys contact center at Montreal,
Purnanik joined Genpact where she was a part of the core team that set up the
India operations in card services. A successful tenure with HCL BPO followed
where Purnanik was in the leadership team that set up BPO operations, and with
Sitel India where business grew at a rapid pace during her tenure. Prior to
joining Xansa, Shailaja had worked with Vertex India as the COO.

Purnanik has more than 20 years of experience. She is an MBA
degree holder in Marketing and a certified Green Belt professional in Six Sigma.

Anita Karwal, IAS, Mission
Director, Nirmal Gujarat Mission, (Government of Gujarat)

As a member of the IAS cadre 1988 batch Karwal initiated many projects for
effective delivery of government services. The Jan Sewa Kendra has been one of
the most acclaimed projects, which she conceived and implemented. In her current
role in the newly created project called Nirmal Gujarat Mission, she is
responsible for monitoring strategies and programs "for cleaning air, water
and land in the state" by 25 state departments, as well as 161
municipalities and seven Municipal Corporations through an IT-based MIS.

Nita Goyal, Co-founder and
VP, New Product Development, Tavant

Nita Goyal is responsible for building Tavants vision and guiding the companys
strategy. Prior to Tavant, Nita was founder of Exemplary Software, an enterprise
software company. She has a PhD from Stanford University in the field of
artificial intelligence and a bachelors degree in computer science from the
IIT Kanpur. She is the first woman to have obtained a computer science degree
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Rakhee Nagpal, Managing
Director, Dynamic Vertical Solutions

Rakhee Nagpal set up her own company, Dynamic Vertical Solutions, focused on
importing technology and providing solutions for the retail and hospitality
sector. She worked for a year with Barclays, and then returned to India and
joined her fathers company, Navision, as director and marketing manager.
Nagpal has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters in marketing from
Londons Kingston University.

Sulakshana Patankar, CEO
Finance & Accounting, WNS

Sulakshana Patankar helped grow WNS Pune from a 100 employee to a 2,000 employee
organization. She has been supervising the WNS Pune operations since 2000.

Patankar did her cost accounting with an MBA in Finance, and has
a total experience of close to 14 years.

Radha Shelat, VP
Engineering, Evergrid

Radha Shelat was instrumental in growing Symantecs India operations from a
team of 4 engineers to over 1,000 as she worked in various capacities for
Symantec. This included heading Symantecs Research Lab in India. Shelat has a
PhD from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.

Post her 13-year stint with Veritas, Radha Shelat joined
Evergrid, a provider of application service management software for next
generation data centers.

Rosita Rabindra, Executive
Vice President And Head, HR, NIIT Technologies

Prior to heading HR at NIIT Technologies globally, Rabindra has worked in
various business roles within the organization and was a part of the core team
since inception of NIIT. She completed her Masters in Social Work and
specialized in Personnel Management, and joined NIIT. This year she completed 25
years with the organization.

Vijaya PS Deepti, Vice
President, Delivery Centre Head, Insurance practice, TCS

In her current role, Vijaya Deepti heads the business excellence council
that aligns TCS Bangalore with corporate initiatives, and reviews strategic
accounts and delivery center performance. Deepti has been with TCS for 25 years.

She also heads the Quality Council-Six Sigma initiative of TCSs
Bangalore Branch.

Padmaja Krishnan, Director
India Marketing, Planning and Research group, CSC

Padmaja Krishnan is based at the corporate headquarters of CSC India, in Noida.
She has wide, in-depth experience including software projects implementation and
management, quality assurance and certification, IT consulting and business
development, and management functions. Prior to joining CSC, Krishnan worked
with Xansa in India.

Ishita Swarup, Chief
Operating Officer, Domestic, Aegis BPO

Swarup founded Orion Dialog, a leading domestic call center company in 1994. In
her current role, Swarup manages the domestic operations of Aegis in Northern
and Eastern region, also responsible for business development.

Swarup is an economics graduate from Delhi University, and an
MBA. She has worked with Cadburys in the Sales and Marketing.

Rama Sivaraman, Senior Vice
President & Head, Corporate Quality Polaris

Rama Sivaraman is responsible for deployment and continuous improvement of CMMi
and ISO 9001:2000 based processes across Polaris. Her work experience spans over
16 years, with 9 out of them in Software Quality Assurance. Sivaraman holds a BE

Parul Mehta, Co-founder
& COO, Motif

Before Parul Mehta co-founded Motif along with Kushal Mehta in August 2000, she
worked for 6 years in Intel followed by her first venture, Confluence, which was
also founded along with Kushal Mehta in 1998. Her extensive international
experience has helped in designing and developing robust operational processes
for Motif. Parul Mehta is an electrical engineer from The University of Texas.

Neelam Gill Malhotra, Director,

Part of CSCs senior management, Neelam Gill Malhotra has been
instrumental in driving and managing the rapid ramp-up of the companys
manpower strength. Presently, the key challenge facing her is manpower
integration post the Covansys acquisition.

Manisha Sood, Country
Manager, SanDisk

A graduate in Chemistry from Bombay University, Manisha Sood is a veteran
with 18 years of experience in business development, channel management,
marketing and sales. With a Diploma in Computer Science from Mumbais IITC,
Manisha started her career in 1987 with Intex Computers where she was
responsible for handling marketing and sales of computers. Her previous stints
include: business manager of banking products at Modi Olivetti, and general
manager Kodak in digital capture and home printing division. She established

Renee Kuwahara, Chief
Operating Officer, 24/7 Customer

Renee Kuwaharas role in transforming the organization from an offshore player
to a global service provider has been significant. She helped set up 24/7
Customers Gautemala Center after she joined the company in May 2006 as chief
delivery officer.

In her career spanning 22 years, she has worked with Convergys
Corporation, Fidelity Investments, Electronic Data Systems, Salt Lake City and
National Service Contact Center Operations.

Kuwahara holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration
from the University of Michigan.

Rajani Seshadri, Vice
President, Head, Telecom Solutions Center, TCS

In her career span of 20 years, Rajani Seshadri led the team which was
responsible for successful transition of TCS-Owest ODC to SEI-CMM Level 5, and
is also involved in the implementation of Tata Business Excellence Model. A
trained SEI-CMM, SEI-People-CMM Assessor, Seshadri is also a certified quality
analyst (CQA) and project management professional.

Anju Talwar, Senior Vice
President and Business Leader, Genpact

Anju Talwar is senior vice president and business leader for one of Genpacts
largest global clients. In her ten-year plus stint, Anju has handled various

Rama N S, Vice President,

Rama is responsible for building and nurturing some of Infosyss delivery
processes, knowledge management practices and customer interfacing capabilities.
She has over 10 years of experience in engineering and system design, and was
responsible for bringing in state of the art digital M/W technology into the
country during the 80s.

As a core member of Infosys Womens Inclusivity Network she
was instrumental in setting up Crche in Electronic city. Rama is a gold
medallist from Mysore University.

Chandra Iyer, Senior VP and
Head APAC, Firstsource

Chandra Iyers 25 year long career includes working in areas related to
banking, technology, servicing, and outsourcing, and she has managed many
business functions and significant projects. Iyer has been a key member of the
Firstsource senior management team since 2003. She has over 27 years of work
experience.

Chandra Iyer has a Masters degree in Commerce and Management in
Finance, and has been with many entities within the ICICI Group as well with ANZ
Grindlays Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Aruna Sundararajan, IAS,
Chief Executive Officer, Common Services Centers (CSCs) Project, IL&FS

A civil servant of the 1982 batch, she was responsible for setting up the
Department of Information Technology in Kerala, during the late 1990s.
Sundararajan also played a key role in the emergence of Kerala as an upcoming IT
destination.

The CSC scheme, which she supervises at present, is one of the
most ambitious projects under the Government of Indias ambitious National
e-Governance Programs Mission Mode Projects.

Akila Krishnakumar, CEO,
SunGard Offshore Services, Bangalore

Krishnakumar joined Sungard in 2004 through the acquisition of SCT Software
Solutions where she was the CEO. The Bangalore center of Sungard is recognized
as one of the early and successful attempts at offshore product development for
enterprise class applications in India. She started her career at Wipro in 1983
after passing out from BITS Pilani. She then moved to ICL (UK). She is the
Chairwomen of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Karnataka.

Neelam Dhawan, Managing
Director, Microsoft India

Neelam Dhawan joined Microsoft India in early 2005 as MD. She

Geeta Sankappanavar, Vice
President, Strategic Global Outsourcing, US, Cambridge

Sankappanavar is responsible for developing and executing value added global
outsourcing initiatives with clients in the US. Prior to joining Cambridge,
Sankappanavar was a senior partner with Marincorp Solutions, an outsourcing
advisory and services company. She is a graduate from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.

Kalpana Margabandhu, Director,

Kalpana Margabandhu represents IBM in the CIIWomens Empowerment Committee.
She has been with the WebSphere Mission since its inception, and with IBM for
the past 14 years. She is chairperson of the Indian Womens Leadership Council
(IWLC).

Margabandhu is a Masters in Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Science, Bangalore. She is also a member of AP Womens Council
and ASEAN Womens Council, India Leadership Forum, and WIT (Women in

Shalini Chandrashekar, Director,

Shalini Chandrashekar is responsible for Technology Business Development in the
North American Strategic Accounts. She joined Oracle as a business development
consultant in the year 2003, wherein she was responsible for Fusion Middleware
Business development in North America. She worked with IBM Global services prior
to Oracle, and has received the Most Valuable Player award.

Vidya Nagaraj, Senior
Director, Products and Services, Oracle

Vidya Nagaraj manages the India-based team that is responsible for various areas
of Oracle Universitys global business such as curriculum rollout, product
management, employee training and production services. She leads teams, which
are involved in developing instructor-led courses, CD and online courses for
global customer education.

Nagaraj is also the community leader in India for the Oracle
Womens Leadership initiative for Customer Services.

Jamuna Ravi, Vice President,
Infosys

Jamuna Ravi is responsible for organizational change initiatives in Infosys. She
is also president of Bangalore chapter of Soroptimist International, and has
published papers in engineering journals.

A degree holder from BITS Pilani, Ravi also has several industry
certifications including ISO 9001 Tickit Auditor, CMM Assessor, Certified
Software Quality Analyst and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Prior to
Infosys, she has worked with Tata Consultancy Services and has 20 years of

Geetha Kannan is responsible for designing and implementing technology

Katherine C Hegmann, General
Manager, India Integration Executive, IBM

Hegmann is responsible for driving well-integrated IBM operations in India in
addition to providing leadership support on two enterprise transformation
engagements for IBM clients.

She joined the Federal Systems Division of IBM in the year 1979.
After the division was sold to Loral she worked as vice president of its
Manassas Laboratory. This BS in mathematics has also received an honorary
doctorate in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology where she is also

The consultants in Seema Ambasthas team are responsible for architecting

ranging portfolio of assignments giving her an in-depth experience on various
facets of the Oracle technology and, more importantly, its implementation by
customers for business benefits. She started her career with Wipro way back in
1991 in development and then moved on to support Oracle on the Sun Solaris

Pari Sadasivan, Vice

Pari Sadasivan has successfully led IBM commercial contracts and also managed
IBMs Utilities Center. She has worked with IBM for the past 20 years. Prior
to that, Sadasivan headed the Global Delivery business in China where she
