Meena Ganesh co-founded CustomerAsset, and has played a key role in setting up

responsible for bringing in state of the art digital M/W technology into the

As a core member of Infosys Womens Inclusivity Network she
was instrumental in setting up Crche in Electronic city. Rama is a gold
medallist from Mysore University.
Chandra Iyer, Senior VP and

Chandra Iyers 25 year long career includes working in areas related to
banking, technology, servicing, and outsourcing, and she has managed many
business functions and significant projects. Iyer has been a key member of the
Firstsource senior management team since 2003. She has over 27 years of work
experience.
Chandra Iyer has a Masters degree in Commerce and Management in
Finance, and has been with many entities within the ICICI Group as well with ANZ
Grindlays Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Aruna Sundararajan, IAS,
Chief Executive Officer, Common Services Centers (CSCs) Project, IL&FS
A civil servant of the 1982 batch, she was responsible for setting up the
Department of Information Technology in Kerala, during the late 1990s.
Sundararajan also played a key role in the emergence of Kerala as an upcoming IT
destination.
The CSC scheme, which she supervises at present, is one of the
most ambitious projects under the Government of Indias ambitious National
e-Governance Programs Mission Mode Projects.
Akila Krishnakumar, CEO,

Krishnakumar joined Sungard in 2004 through the acquisition of SCT Software
Solutions where she was the CEO. The Bangalore center of Sungard is recognized
as one of the early and successful attempts at offshore product development for
enterprise class applications in India. She started her career at Wipro in 1983
after passing out from BITS Pilani. She then moved to ICL (UK). She is the
Chairwomen of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Karnataka.

Geeta Sankappanavar, Vice

Vidya Nagaraj, Senior

Vidya Nagaraj manages the India-based team that is responsible for various areas
of Oracle Universitys global business such as curriculum rollout, product
management, employee training and production services. She leads teams, which
are involved in developing instructor-led courses, CD and online courses for
global customer education.
Nagaraj is also the community leader in India for the Oracle
Womens Leadership initiative for Customer Services.
