Transcend has introduced its latest JetFlash V33 in 16 Gb capacity in India.
The JetFlash V33 has a curved, ultra-compact pure white body and weighs only
7gms. It supports Windows Me/2000/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9.0/OSX and Linux Kernel
2.4.2 or later, providing seamless data exchange between different operating
systems. It is priced at Rs 2,300.

Telesofts HINTON Locator

Telesoft Technologies has launched HINTON Locator passive monitoring probe
in India, to addresses the fast growing location-based services and subscriber
tracking applications markets. It gives OEMs and SIs the location-related
signaling information that enables them to provide subscribers with
sophisticated, geographically targeted applications. Typical applications
include location-based advertising, E911 services, info-point services and
navigation aids.

Studio XPS Laptops by Dell

Dell has recently unveiled the Dell Studio XPS 16 and Dell Studio XPS 13
laptops, the first Studio laptops to bear the XPS high-performance designation.
Both the models feature beautifully crafted genuine leather and anodized
aluminum accents on top of a high-gloss Obsidian Black finish. The Dell Studio
XPS 16 and Dell Studio XPS 13 laptops are priced at Rs 60,800 and Rs 68,800
respectively.

Tatanet Launches e-Courier

Tatanet has launched its new product offering e-courier. A content
delivery service, e-courier is a service to distribute content/data within a
close user group. Offered on the VSAT network with multicasting ability, this
service enables the subscriber to distribute the security patches, software
updates and content without the use of internet, within a CUG. This solution is

distribution and digital signage.

Ciscos New Products

Cisco has unveiled the latest Linksys by Cisco Media Hub and Linksys by
Cisco Wireless Home Audio system at the 2009 International Consumer Electronics
Show in Las Vegas. The Media Hub gathers, organizes and presents all the digital
video, photos and music that users have spread among various devices in the
home. The new Wireless Home Audio system utilizes Wireless-N technology to
deliver a rich audio experience to any room in the home.

CSC Upgrades Solutions

CSC has recently announced new releases of its FirstPoint and FirstDoc
enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, adding features designed to
support the systematic management of the document life cycle and the growing
collaboration needs of global life science organizations. The new FirstPoint
offers forms management that leverages Microsoft Office InfoPath technology. The
new release allows users to personalize SharePoint Web parts according to user
role and content access privilege.

AMD Releases Dragon

AMD has launched its Dragon platform technology for desktop PCs featuring
the new AMD Phenom II X4 processor. Dragon platform technology combines AMDs
highest-performing CPU, the AMD Phenom II X4 processor, with ATI Radeon HD 4800
Series graphics and AMD 7-Series chipsets. The Dragon-based systems are
available for up to $1,200 less than competing systems that delivers comparable
performance.

and enjoys a replacement warranty of 3 years.

Citrixs Desktop Computing

Citrix Systems has launched its new hypervisor that is being developed in
collaboration with Intel. It would be productized in an upcoming solution from
Citrix code-named Project Independence. Combined with XenDesktop and the rest
of the Citrix Delivery Center product family, Project Independence is supposed
to transform the way corporate desktops are delivered and managed, allowing
security, usage simplicity and cost savings.
