	Increased focus on own brands Appointed Philips as monitor distributor

With recession setting in, Priya took a tough stand against defaulters,
taking one of its channel partners to court to recover outstandings. Despite
these initiatives, its revenues slid. Priya increased focus on its own brands:
SmartLink for cables and modems; SmartClick  for mice and keyboards;
and Krypton for motherboards, CD-ROMs and cabinets. The company also tied
up with Philips for the distribution of monitors in the northern and eastern
regions of the country.
