Crayon Software Experts and Dataquest brought together Crayon’s channel partners at its Crayon Excellerate Partner Summit at The Park Hotel, Kolkata. The evening saw participation from 52 noted personalities from 26 unique channel partners from across the Eastern India region.
The Partner Summit, which was held on 7th December 2018, comprised of a dynamic line-up of a set of sessions and discussions with an aim to strengthen and take the channel to the higher level of trust and commitment.
The event empowered partners with various support programs and benefits while also covering the Voice of the session by 2 partners who got the chance to speak on their USP’s and JVP with Crayon Software.
Vikas Bhonsle, CEO, Crayon Software, began the event by welcoming the august gathering. “We started this business 4 years ago and now we have close to 500 partners, who are on-boarded on our cloud platforms. We have worked with 200 partners on the hosting side and 100 partners on the direct side of our business. Partners are a large part of our success and I want to start this evening by thanking our partners for being a part of our journey so far and helping us grow.”
In the Voice of the partner session where partners shared their journey and work experience with Crayon, Hriday Biyani, Director, Diadem Technologies said, “We are an award winning cloud hosting provider and we started this journey in the year 2000. Some of our partners are Microsoft, Redhat, Zimbra and other leading cloud software providers across the world. Our association with Crayon Software has been an eventful journey that helped us gain visibility. Crayon’s approach is very partner centric and keeps their interest in mind. Crayon also has a very efficient back-end team to take care of any issue with the aim of quick resolution. We are very happy with the work so far with Crayon and we want to build on it.”
Abhay Joshi, Product Lead, Crayon Software highlighted on Crayon’s entire product and service portfolio. While presenting the various support programs and benefits to the partners, he said, “With the large service portfolio and customer base that we have created, it is extremely important that we address partners from a service provider stand point.”
Kunal Biswas, Regional Head-East, Axiom Consulting said, “We are into Microsoft practice for dynamic business. We started our journey in the year 2002 from Noida and have our own in-house developed ERP. We have also been awarded as Microsoft Preferred Partner. We have our customers in Chemical, leather, FMCG, F&B and service industries. We have been working closely with Crayon Software from the last 2 years on dynamic business and Crayon is helping us grow our business and also delivering the right solutions of our end customers.
To conclude the evening, Venkataraman D, Senior VP, Crayon Software thanked all existing and new partners of Crayon by saying, “We are present in 11 cities of India and about 24 countries across the world. We are always there to help our partners to give the best solutions and services to the customers. Thank you for being with us in this wonderful journey.
