PGCIL Recruitment 2020: Online Applications Invited for 125 Apprentice Vacancies, Salary up to Rs 15,000

PGCIL recruitment 2020 is being conducted at present for 125 apprentice positions. Selected candidates will be placed in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan. Engineers, ITI and human resource can apply for the vacancies and selected candidates will be engaged for a period of one year. Candidates selected for the apprentice position would also be eligible for a monthly stipend of up to Rs 15,000.

Who can Apply for PGCIL Recruitment 2020?

As per the official notification issued on the Power Grid website, there are a total of 125 apprentice vacancies out of which 5 are for human resource executives, 4 are for graduates in civil engineering, 25 are for graduates in electrical engineering, 10 are for candidates with a diploma in civil engineering, 40 are for candidates with a diploma in electrical engineering and 40 are for candidates with an ITI in the electrical field.

Interested candidates who have passed their final year examination, not before two years can apply for the vacancies. The stipend that will be paid is as follows: human resource executives, graduates in civil engineering, and graduates in electrical engineering will receive Rs 15,000 per month, diploma electrical and civil engineering graduates will receive Rs 12,000 per month, and those with an ITI in the electrical will receive Rs 11,000 per month.

How to Apply for PGCIL Recruitment 2020?

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official PGCIL website before 26 June 2020. Candidates who are already undergoing or have completed apprenticeship in any industry are not eligible to apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
