PGCIL recruitment 2020 is now being conducted in West Bengal and Sikkim for 78 apprentice vacancies. Over the past few months, the Power Grid Corporation has issued a number of notifications to engage hundreds of apprentices across India. Selected candidates will be engaged for a period of one year, and will be paid a stipend of up to Rs 15,000.
Who can Apply for PGCIL Recruitment 2020?
PGCIL website says that candidates with the following qualifications can apply against the 78 vacancies:

The stipend received by apprentices will be as follows: graduates in electrical and civil engineering, and executive in human resources will receive Rs 15,000 per month, diploma in electrical and civil engineering, assistant human resource will receive Rs 12,000 per month, and ITI in electrical will receive Rs 11,000 per month.
How to Apply for PGCIL Recruitment 2020?
Those who hold the required qualifications and wish to apply for the posts can do the same on the official website before 23 July 2020. Graduate and diploma candidates who have passed their final year examination not before 2 years from 24 June 2020 may submit their application in the careers section of the Powergrid website. Apprentice vacancies in the other cities of the country such as J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha can also be found on the website.
