Persistent Systems further strengthens Microsoft technology stack expertise with acquisition of RGen solutions

Persistent Systems announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RGen Solutions.  Based in Redmond, Wash. RGen is a privately held consulting and IT company with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a strong presence in the Microsoft ecosystem. It is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner for Collaboration and Content, a Microsoft Preferred Supplier (MSPS) and a Go-to-Market Partner for Microsoft that will expand Persistent’s reach into large enterprises.
