Kiran Karnik on EXLs Board

ExlService Holdings announced the election of Kiran Karnik to the Board of
Directors of EXL. Karnik will be providing strategic focus to EXLs long-term
development strategy, talent acquisition and management initiatives, and
infrastructure development. The immediate past president of Nasscom, Karnik was
the managing director at Discovery Networks in India and spearheaded the launch
of Discovery Channel and Animal Planet in South Asia.



Wee Joins Invensys

Invensys Process Systems announced the appointment of Lawrence Wee as
president of the companys Asia Pacific region. Wee most recently served as
president of Asia Pacific for McAfee, responsible for all business operations in
the regions including North Asia, South East Asia, India, Australia, and New
Zealand. Prior to that, he served as senior VP of Computer Sciences Corporation,
Asia and held senior leadership roles in the Asia Pacific region for Ariba and
IBM.

Pant to Head Hexaware, NA

Hexaware Technologies has appointed Rajiv Pant as president, North America.
He joins Hexaware from Wipro Technologies where he was vice president Enterprise
Solutions. In his previous roles, Rajiv has worked with Apple Computer and
Microsoft. He has a dual degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science
Pilani with a MS in Chemistry and Master of Management Studies as well. Pant
will be based in Hexawares office in New Jersey.

Anil Valluri is New Sun Head

Sun Microsystems has appointed Anil Valluri as the new president for India
operations. Earlier he was corporate director, head, Services Practice, at Sun
Microsystems India. Valluri replaces Bhaskar Pramanik who will take over as vice
president, Global Volume Business and will be based out of Sun headquarters in
the US. Valluri joined Sun Microsystems India in 1999 as its director, Systems
Engineering and CTO, responsible for all technology, product, and solution
consulting.

Marius Haas is Sr VP Procurve

HP announced that it has appointed Marius Haas as senior vice president and
general manager of the ProCurve Networking business. Haas will oversee the
groups worldwide operations, with a focus on expanding its position as a
leading networking supplier in the market. Haas previously served as HPs senior
vice president of strategy and corporate development.

Chris Joins Experian

Experian has appointed Chris Smith as director (Sales and Marketing) of its
Integrated Marketing Division. Prior to this, Chris was the divisions director,
Business Development. During his 15-year stint at Experian, Chris has held a
number of senior sales roles. In his new role, Chris will be responsible for
spearheading revenue growth from both new and existing client relationships.

Prabhu Joins HDS

Hitachi Data System, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, recently announced
the appointment of Harikrishna Prabhu as channel director for India. He will be
heading the channel operations for India and will be responsible for building
and further strengthening partner relationships across all regions. Harikrishna
has close to 15 years of experience in managing customers and channels. He has a
vast experience in managing reseller partners, distributors, and system
integrators and driving the SMB sales.

Marc Andreessen at Facebook Board

Facebook announced appointment of Marc Andreessen in its board of directors.
Currently co-founder and chairman at Ning, Andreessen is an investor in several
Internet startups. He also authored early Web browser Mosaic and was co-founder
of Netscape Communications.

Mauj Mobile Appoints Yuzdi Badhniwalla

People Groups wireless arm, Mauj Mobile recently appointed Yuzdi Badhniwalla
as head, Consumer Marketing. At Mauj Mobile, Yuzdi will be responsible for
tailor-making customer solutions, and building relationships with channel
partners. His portfolio will also include managing the product life cycle for
the companys mobile gaming vertical. He has previously worked with the Times
Group and Rediff.com, where he played a central role in pioneering some
interesting projects, including launching TimesClassifieds.com and scaling-up
RediffP4Cclassifieds.

Chakravarty Appointed as Sales Head, Kale

Kale Consultants recently appointed Ravi Chakravarty as senior vice
president and sales head, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Ravi has 20 years of rich and
extensive experience in sales management, services/solutions selling, product
selling, industry marketing, alliance/partner management and account management.
Prior to this, Ravi was country manager at Transera Communications and has also
worked with Talisma, IBM India, and Digital Equipment (India).

Audrey Chang Join 3Com Asia Pacific

3Com has appointed Audrey Chang as its SMB marketing manager for 3Com Asia
Pacific where she is responsible for driving 3Coms SMB products and marketing
initiatives at a regional level across multiple countries and positioning and
branding 3Com as a leader in the SMB space. Before joining 3Com, Audrey was
regional marketing manager, ASEAN for Avaya Singapore, business development
manager at Motorola Electronics, and account manager at 3M Technologies
Singapore.

Atul Kunwar Joins Tech Mahindra

Atul Kunwar has joined as the Chief Business Development Officer at Tech
Mahindra. In his new role, he would be responsible for developing new
geographies like Apac and India. Kunwar will also be looking after product
engineering as a horizontal, including iPolicy Networks. He will also drive
strategic M&A for the company. Kunwar is an outsourcing industry veteran, who
has worked with Transworks (now Aditya Birla Minacs), eFunds International, and
Syntel. His earlier stints also include those in HCL, 3Com and MantraOnline (Bhartis
ISP business).

Tolia is Director, TMTC

The Tata Group has appointed Chetan Tolia as director of Tata Management
Training Centre (TMTC). Tolias responsibilities will involve building the
legacy of forty years and take TMTC to greater heights in organizational
learning, applied research, and group leadership programmes. An engineer from
IIT, Madras and management graduate from IIM, Calcutta, he was the MD of Tata
Bluescope Steel and before that, Tolia headed the Strategy and Planning function
at Tata Steel from 2001-2005.

Mirakhur is COO at One97

One97 Communications announced the appointment of Sandeep Mirakhur as chief
operating officer. Sandeep Mirakhur will lead the Sales and Business Unit
Operations at One97. Prior to joining One97 Sandeep was with Bharti Airtel for
over 12 years. His last assignment was as CMO of Bharti Airtels West Hub.



APC gets Shrinivas Chebbi

APC announced the appointment of Shrinivas Chebbi as its new country general
manager for India. Chebbi was the regional director for Schneider Electric in
Northern Emirates, Dubai, and Oman and country manager for Bahrain. His
positions in Schneider include enterprise sales, marketing, business
development, etc with exposure to both Power Distribution and Industrial
Automation & Control. He had also lead UPS Sales for Bell Electronics in India.
