Shantanu Narayen is New Adobe CEO
Adobe Systems has named Shantanu Narayen as CEO. Narayen will also join
Adobes board of directors. He is currently president and COO of Adobe. In his
current role, Narayen leads the companys global operations, sets Adobes market
strategies, and oversees all product research and development, worldwide sales,
corporate strategy and investments, and corporate and product marketing.
Mohapatra is CEO, Bharti Telesoft
Bharti Telesoft has appointed Manoranjan Mohapatra as CEO. Mohapatra will be
responsible for taking Bharti Telesoft from an evolving company to a mature,
globally focused organization. He will report to the chairman and group CEO of
Bharti Enterprises. Manoranjan brings with him over twenty-five years of
experience in engineering, business development, and overall managment of a
large telecom software organization.
Ramani is Country Manager, Sanat
Sanat Technologies has appointed Ramani as country manager, Sales and Marketing.
Based in Bangalore, he will head Sanats sales and marketing activities in
India. Ramani has over thirteen years experience in the IT and telecom
industries. Before joining Sanat, he was sales manager, South, at a
Bangalore-based storage system vendor and was instrumental in developing channel
business for volume storage solutions and empowering partners through training.
Sangwan is Sanrads Country Manager
Sanrad has appointed Arun Sangwan as country manager for India operations.
Sangwan will also be responsible for Sanrads business in other countries in the
SAARC region. Sanrad offers the industrys leading IP-SAN technology and related
solutions, like Remote Replication and Disaster Recovery, to SMBs and enterprise
users.
Sangwan brings to Sanrad his leadership skills, strengths and an experience
of nearly one-and-a-half decades in sales and business development, strategic

Business Planning and Strategy, Online Services Group. This appointment is part

India country manager, Online Service Business.
Sethi to Lead OEM Biz of Microsoft India
Microsoft India has appointed Anil Sethi as group director, Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business group. The OEM unit at Microsoft works in
close partnerships with organizations like HCL Infosystems, Zenith, Dell, HP,
and the system builder channel to ensure that consumers are able to get
Microsoft OS on any hardware of their choice. Sethi, who has over sixteen years
of experience, will spearhead the overall growth and operations of the division
in India.
Megasoft Appoints Galioglu as COO
Megasoft has appointed Ersin Galioglu as COO. He will head the Strategic
Business Unit function for telecom including business development, marketing,
product management, and global client management. The top management team will
comprise senior managers from both XIUS and BCGI. While Dan Carney will be the
head of Operations globally, Ken Sonberg will head the global R&D unit.

Aricent has appointed Sanjay Dhawan as president and chief operating officer. In

Dhawan has over two decades of experience in the communications technology
industry. He joined Aricent as chief strategy officer in 2006.
