Sun Teams-up with TiE



Sun Microsystems has announced that it is collaborating with TiE (The Indus
Entrepreneurs) to expand the scope of the Sun Startup Essentials (SSE) program

across India. The program has been launched to provide the startup community

access to key technologies and services to help them stay ahead of competition

and get to market quickly by offering them discounts on a range of Suns

industry-leading technologies and services.

FLAG Partners with Vanco



FLAG Telecom Group (FLAG), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications, has
announced signing of a five-year agreement with UK-based Vanco, a global Virtual

Network Operator (VNO). This agreement will result in considerable enhancement

of FLAGs VPN access across areas where it is not present currently. Vanco

would also benefit by access to FLAGs global service capability across India

and the Middle East.

Computer Kitchen Partners with Venzero



Computer Kitchen has announced an exclusive tie-up with Venzero to sell its
entire range of products in India. After UK and North America, India is an

important market for Venzero products and Computer Kitchen with its excellent

in-house servicing capabilities and superior marketing and technical support

will offer Venzero a perfect partner. Some of Venzeros products includes

Venzero ONE, Venzero X1, Venzero Mini and Venzero Slickrall are MP3 players.

DSK to Bring TCL Digital Products



TCL is eyeing the Indian market for desktops, laptops, and digital products
aggressively and is aiming to capture the market through a tie-up with DSK. It

plans to introduce a digital portfolio in the Indian market as well as

strengthen its channel footprint across India significantly. The new venture

will start looking at offerings like MP4 Players, mobile phones, digital

gadgets, etc in 2008.

Nexxoft Appointed as VAR by Syspro



Nexxoft Infotel (Nexxoft) has today that it has been appointed as Syspro value
added reseller (VAR) for India and the Middle East region. The company will take

care of pre-sales support, installation and configuration, product support of

Syspros product offerings. The company will take care of localization of

Syspros Products.

BA Systems Appoints Microsense



BA Systems, the first Indian Enterprise Core and Edge Managed Router
Manufacturer, has announced that they have appointed Microsense as their

national partner to sell its products and solutions across India. Microsense is

the leading provider of WAN and Wi-Fi solutions in India, through a network of

seven sales offices and support centers in over twenty cities in India.

ITC Infotech has signed a partnership agreement with Compuware, which will
enable ITC Infotech to provide services around Compuware solutions for testing

resource planning (ERP). Compuwares cutting edge tools will help ITC Infotech

MB Ties Up with F1



Moser Baer (MB) now ventures into the IT peripheral products to extend its
product line. To ensure prompt after sales service Moser Baer has announced its

tie up with F1 support and services. With this tie up Moser Baer will leverage

F1s existing reach of thirty services centers and fourteen of its associate

service partners across India.

Compuware-Wipro Tie Up



Compuware and Wipro have announced a partnership to enable organizations to
improve service quality by leveraging ITIL v3 and Six Sigma. Wipros Business

Service Analysis, Transformation and Optimization (BATON) consulting solution

includes Compuwares Vantage Service Manager.

Xerox Appoints Techmart



To strengthen its base in the government and education verticals, Xerox has
appointed Techmart Systems Company as its Premium Partner for sales and

service for its office range of products. Techmart Systems Company will leverage

the strength of the Xerox brand and technology products and solutions under the

Xerox portfolio.
