Tata Comm, Google Join Hands



Tata Communications and Google have joined hands to offer the latters portfolio
of business tools in India on a pay-as-you-use model. The companies would work

together on a revenue-sharing model to provide business tools such as email,

instant messaging, calendar functionality, video and office presentations using

the Google Apps software suite.

Nazara in Pact with EA Mobile



Mobile games company, Nazara Technologies has entered into a strategic

relationship with EA Mobile, a division of entertainment software

companyElectronic Arts to bring the latters brands in India. Apart from India,

the agreement also gives Nazara exclusive rights to distribute the EA Mobile

catalog in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Through this tie-up, Nazara is said

to be eying revenues of Rs 100 crore over the next two years.

Wipro, Kronos Join Hands



Wipro has entered into an alliance with Kronos Incorporated. A Center of
Excellence (CoE) to be jointly established by Kronos and Wipro will address the

challenges of controlling labor costs, minimizing compliance risks, and

improving workforce productivity in India. The alliance will leverage Wipros

offerings in ERP by taking Kronos workforce management solutions to the key

targeted segments such as manufacturing, services, healthcare, retail, and

government and public sector.

Pegasystems in Pact with TCS



Pegasystems and TCS have signed an agreement to strengthen the latters BPM
practice, and provide BPM solutions and services to its clients globally. The

alliance will focus on all verticals serviced by the Indian IT major through

Pegasystems Build for Change technology that provides configurable business

platforms.
