Tell us about your company.

Our business group has two companies Xautomation Labs and Solicon.

Xautomation Labs Pvt Ltd is a software company with products catering to BFSI, Cybersecurity, Mobility and Software Testing Automation.

Solicon Pvt Ltd started operations in 2015 and worked as a Hybrid Cloud Integrator for initial few years of operation. During the course of five years, Cybersecurity and cloud-focused Application Development got added to our portfolio.

Tell us about your journey with Crayon Software so far.

Our partnership with Crayon Software is a synergistic affair. Crayon has great technology support and has helped us focus on developing deep technology expertise.

The two year journey has been very good for us, but it has only just begun, and we expect a bigger collaboration with Crayon Software.

How does Crayon Software Solutions help you to grow your customers?

Crayon has been helpful in rolling out new products, and the support for emerging technologies is stupendous. Coupled with a targeted marketing effort, the customer reach is expanding into a new market segment and audience. The handholding done by the channel team is par excellence, which is missing in most technology distributors these days.

How can customers leverage the different solutions offered by Crayon Software?

Crayon is a perfect fit for Clients who focus upon bringing about digital transformation in their organization. New-age technologies help to shed the inefficiencies and bring about new growth and success avenues for organizations world over.

What are the different training programs offered by Crayon to understand the latest technologies?

Crayon is our window to the “Cloud Service Provider” ecosystem. We get training programs running through the year for technical, sales and marketing aspects. They are our phone-a-friend for anything new in the market.

Which are the different technologies services receiving maximum traction in the market?

Cloud is a Juggernaut, It is unstoppable, and it is here, to stay. So obviously Cloud is the biggest driver of all the allied disruptive technologies on offer today. We have started focusing upon RPA, AI/ML, and Blockchain as our next wave of transformation.

What are your future plans?

Solicon will be focusing upon delivering the real cloud advantage to clients leaving behind classic architecture to reap full benefits of Containers, PaaS, DevOps and move towards Application Modernization rather than just using IaaS in Cloud.

With Xautomation we are planning to launch new products in the market, which will be driven by cloud and help in Identity Centric Security, Robotic Process Automation and Software Testing Automation.  It is an exciting phase for us. We are happy that we have Crayon as a partner to support us in the next phase.
