We have been connected with Crayon Software since the last 2 years as a partner and both of us have worked as a team in offering Cloud Solutions wherein customers easily adapted to industry changes while monetizing any service in a subscription model, automating end-to-end operations, and reducing time to market and revenue with access to our infinite ecosystem.

Which are the different technology services receiving maximum traction in the market?
Talking about verticals, logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce or “Wallet/Payment Gateway” are some services that are eagerly adopting cloud. Organizations that are either in the rapid agile expansion phase or looking to consolidate and gain cost control are eagerly adopting cloud. This also depends on the market segment and the cloud adoption maturity. Nowadays in India, the focus is more on leveraging data security and adopting AI and ML as well as migrating critical workloads to the public cloud with leading cloud aggregators. In markets, the major focus is on setting up the Backup and Disaster recovery and largely building the TCO as well as moving customer facing sites.
What are your future plans?
We are planning to have joint GTM and Quarterly strategic meetings for new customers’ onboarding in Cloud and Managed Services BU. Moreover, we will be hosting events to bring fresh business from new customers as well as new business from existing customers (like Backup and DR Services + IT Security Consulting Services). We will understand customers’ pain areas or challenges and help them with the benefits of cloud services.
