How does your Dynamic Desktop Deployment (DDD) solution help
enterprises manage their IT infrastructures better?
DDD is a full life-cycle management solution for desktops as well as services,
and the solution not only deploys a PC, but also manages it through asset
management and software distribution. Whole help desk solution, and whatever
enterprises need to actually automate their IT infrastructures are provided by
DDD. The solution enables companies to save time in terms of less time
consumption, and employing less people for network management. It provides
scalability, manageability, and security.
How is your product different from other similar products in the
market? What is the USP of your solution?
There are imitations of DDD in the market. The imitated products will
eventually achieve what we are able to do today. But our solution is unique
because it looks at full life-cycle management, and automates that life-cycle
management.
What is the kind of demand you would get with this kind of
product?
Our solution is targeted at Microsoft, which has the largest market share
when it comes to management technologies. Our market opportunity is all windows
desktop, which is around 95% market share. Apart from this, our ability to
leverage and easy licensing capability provide us good market penetration.
What is your strategy in terms of pushing this solution?
DDD is a people process tool. Part of the tool is Microsoft, and part of the
tool is Datacraft, and we have highly specialized people. We have a center of
excellence in Singapore, and a research center in Philippines. And, our team of
Microsoft product group in Sydney is developing and making sure that we have all
the skills to deliver this. We have good skills in India too. But if they get
stuck, we have marvelous escalation ability with the help of our center of
excellence in Singapore and product group in Sydney.
