AMC Bridge is a global consultancy that specializes in creating solutions for the engineering, manufacturing and construction industries. For more than 25 years, we’ve maintained a strong focus on specialized engineering software development, working as a consulting organization to bring modern technologies to our clients’ workflows. Our core development teams are spread across India, Ukraine, Poland, and Uzbekistan, serving clients across the globe.
We officially launched our India operations in late 2022, and by early 2023, we were actively building our core team. Over the past two years, it’s been all about laying a strong foundation—identifying the right people, assembling a solid core team, and shaping the culture we envisioned here. And now, in 2025, we’re ready to grow even more.
We currently have offices in Pune and Chennai, with a strong focus this year on expanding our team in Pune to support ongoing growth. As the hub for CAD in India, Pune is where most of our hiring efforts are concentrated at this stage. And I must say, it’s been going well—we’ve managed to bring together an engaged, talented, and highly motivated team. It’s been exciting to watch it take shape.
Building the Right Team
When we started, our focus was clear: Hire for expertise, not just numbers. We looked for people with CAD development and testing experience across all experience levels. From seniors to mid-level engineers (around 5–8 years) and juniors, we’ve kept a balanced team structure in mind. Today, we have around 30 people in India, and that number is only going up.
We’re not in a rush to scale quickly; we’ve been very deliberate in adding every member to our team in India. Our approach is to find experts—people who already think and operate at a high professional standard. We are focused on building a team that lives up to AMC Bridge’s global reputation of delivering high-quality solutions. We’re also looking for like-minded individuals who are genuinely passionate about software engineering and excited to take on meaningful, challenging work.
Work-Life Balance That Works
One thing we’ve been especially mindful of in India is supporting a healthy work- life balance. We follow a flexible hybrid work model—three days in the office and two from home—but even that comes with autonomy.
Like many global companies, we also offer flexible working hours, allowing our team to manage their schedules independently while ensuring high performance. Beyond work, team spirit is something I truly value. Despite our team’s busy schedules and ongoing deliverables, on the days we are in the office, we make it a point to have lunch together as one big group; some bring food from home, while others order in. But what truly stands out is how we come together to celebrate. From birthday cakes to festive holiday gatherings, there’s always something that strengthens our bond. Our Pune colleagues, for instance, even organize weekend trips in small groups. It’s more than just a workplace—it’s a community.
The Work We Do
In terms of projects, most of our work is in CAD development and 3D graphics. Some projects are quite advanced—web-based CAD, cloud-based solutions, high-performance 3D graphics and geometry-related work. It’s the kind of stuff that requires not just strong programming skills but also a solid grasp of computational geometry and math.
In addition to that, we apply modern software development practices to incorporate the latest technological advancements into clients’ systems and workflows. The technologies AMC Bridge engages in include AR/VR, generative design, image and object recognition, robotics, game engine technologies, high-performance computing (HPC), and IoT. These projects are supported by a commitment to high professional standards and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
Our team in India is also very aware of AI and actively uses it to enhance productivity. While we don’t have full-fledged AI projects yet, the integration of AI into our workflow is becoming more common, and I see more opportunities opening up in this space.

We might move them from a C++ project to something web-based or even a different domain altogether. What’s been exciting is working with such a multicultural team. At AMC Bridge, we're collaborating with colleagues in Ukraine, Poland, and Uzbekistan daily. That comes with its learning curve—different styles of communication, cultural differences, and differences in decision-making patterns.
But what I’ve seen is mutual respect. We don’t make assumptions or pass judgments. We try to understand each other. We’re all navigating English as a second language, and that awareness helps us communicate better and work as a real team.
What We Look For
We’re currently hiring developers with strong skills in C++, C#, and full-stack development—but we’re not just looking for generalists. We’re specifically interested in professionals who have experience working with CAD APIs, PDM/PLM systems, and 3D technologies such as DirectX, OpenGL, WebGL, and Three.js. This specialised knowledge is key to the kind of engineering software solutions we build. Beyond technical expertise, we also look for a solid foundation in mathematics, computational geometry, design patterns, and algorithmic thinking. It’s a rare mix, but it’s exactly what makes our team stand out.
We also value soft skills just as much. Ownership, clear communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly. Express yourself—if there’s a problem, speak up.
