The mobile BI application SMS Express emerged as its calling card with
deployment taking place in large organizations. It tasted international success
too-BetFair, one of UK's largest betting agencies; Telera Soniera in
Scandinavia; and Al-Noor Hospital in UAE. More than 20 PSU clients were added to
Tendertimes, the company's e-bidding solution portal targeted at the
government. Managed services center for both domestic and international clients
and recruitment BPO for the US and UK agencies were its other focus areas.
