NTPC recruitment 2021 will soon begin for 10 new assistant law officer vacancies for which candidates who have appeared for Common Law Admission Test-2021 (CLAT 2021) can apply. CLAT 2021 post graduate program is conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities. Candidates will be shortlisted for the posts based on their performance in CLAT 2021. Those selected will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 30,000 to 1,20,000 with a basic pay of Rs 30,000.
Who Can Apply for NTPC Recruitment 2021?
The latest NTPC recruitment notification says that there are 10 new assistant law officer vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications can apply: Full time bachelor degree in Law, LLB or equivalent, from a recognized Indian university or institute with minimum 60% marks, but 55% for SC or PWD candidates. Furthermore, candidates should be registered with the Bar Council. The CLAT 2021 admit card number, which is mentioned in the CLAT admit card or score card will also have to be entered.
CLAT score of any other year or score of any other examination will not be considered, says the notification. Also, the upper age limit of applicants cannot be over 30 years as on last date of online application on the NTPC website. Additionally, the notification ads that candidates must be of sound health and a health check-up will be conducted. “No relaxation in health standards is allowed. Detailed medical norms are available on the website,” says the notification.
How to Apply for NTPC Recruitment 2021?
Interested and eligible candidates will have to submit online applications on the NTPC website from 24 December 2021 up to 7 January 2022. Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300. However, SC, ST, PWD or XSM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee. Those who wish to apply area advised to go through the official notification for further information.
