NTPC Recruitment 2020 is currently underway for as many as 100 engineering executive trainee posts. Online applications have been invited from graduate engineers with a good academic record and a valid GATE 2020 score. NTPC says that the total number of vacancies may also increase or decrease based on the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will be offered a pay of Rs 50,000 to 1,60,000, with a base pay of Rs 50,000 during the first year of training. Candidates will undergo the training at various places and the final region of posting will be decided after the end of the training.

The official notification issued on the NTPC website says that candidates with the following qualifications can apply for the vacancies:

How to Apply for NTPC Recruitment 2020?
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online on the official NTPC website before 6 July 2020. There is also a non-refundable online application fee of Rs 150 that needs to be paid through net banking, debit card, or credit card. However, SC, ST, PwBD, and XSM category candidates need not pay any online application fees. The online application form needs to be filled up accurately including the GATE 2020 registration number and payment details. Candidates will also be required to upload their photographs and signatures while submitting the application form online.
