Looks like both - All consumers are currently confused when they walk into a mobile store; Apple's $1 billion patent victory over Samsung-analysts are only talking about what sort of impact this will have on Google's Android phones.

And it seems correct, when they say most of the Android features are quite similar to Apple's when it comes to choosing a phone. The screen, the icons, different apps but apps still...it all seems the same, where's the novelty? I might end up choosing a low-cost, make-do Karbonn smartphone packed with all the features for all you care...So, why would I buy a Samsung one or an iPad?

However, you may tend to agree with me, when I say that amongst all the hulla-baloo around the lawsuit, it is Nokia with its Windows platform, waiting patiently to make its dent once again, that is likely to emerge the winner and laugh all the way to the coffers...
