NLC recruitment 2020 for engineers without GATE as well as other postgraduates is currently underway for as many as 259 Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) vacancies. Engineers from various streams can apply for the vacancies online, and candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the computer-based online examination. Candidates joining NLCIL as Graduate Executive Trainee will undergo training for one year, during which they will get paid a basic pay of Rs 50,000 in the scale of pay of Rs 50,000 to 1,60,000 (E2 Grade). On successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed in E3 Grade in the scale of Rs 60,000 to 1,80,000 with basic pay of Rs 60,000.
Who Can Apply for NLC Recruitment 2020?
As per the official notification issued on the NLCIL website, for of the 259 vacancies, 235 posts are for engineers and candidates with a full time or part time Bachelor degree in Engineering in the following disciplines can apply:

The non-engineering posts are for Finance, which has 14 vacancies and human resource, which has 10 vacancies and candidates with relevant degrees can apply for the same. Selected candidates would be liable to be posted to any unit, area, or place under the control of NLCIL or any Joint venture, associate, or subsidiary company of NLCIL during the period of training or on regularization says the notification.
How to Apply for NLC Recruitment 2020?
Interested and eligible candidates need to apply online only on the official NLCIL website before 17 April 2020. Candidates are required to take a print out of registration and application form and produce it along with self-attested documents at the time of document verification, which will be conducted prior to the personal interview, says the notification. Candidates are also required to pay a non-refundable online application fee of Rs.854. However, SC, ST, PwBD and ex-servicemen need to pay Rs 354.
