NLC India Limited (NLCIL) a leading Navratna Public Sector Enterprise is set to increase its workforce through a recruitment drive for Graduate Executive Trainees (GET). NLC operates in the domains of Mining (Lignite and Coal), Thermal Power Generation, and Renewable energy.

The recruitment drive is specifically for the posts of Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, and Mining.

What is the selection process?
The selection process involves shortlisting candidates based on GATE 2023 scores followed by a Personal Interview. The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6 against the notified vacancies based on their GATE scores.
The final selection will be based on the total marks scored out of 100 considering both the GATE scores and the personal interview.
Selected candidates will undergo a training phase for one year with a stipend of 50000 per month. After successful completion of training, they will be hired in E-3 Grade with a scale of pay of INR 60000-180000 per month. The candidates who are committing to serve the company for a minimum period of three years post training will have to execute a service agreement bond worth INR 300000.
What is the application process?
The candidates who are interested in the given recruitment can apply through online mode on the official website of NLCIL. The application window will remain open from 22nd November 2023 to 21st December 2023.
Here, it is important to note that candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the application fee.
