NIRF Ranking 2020 was unveiled for universities and institutions across the country by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development

NIRF Ranking 2020 for Indian universities and institutions was unveiled today by Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Minister of Human Resource and Development, Government of India. The National Institutional Ranking Framework, which was launched by MHRD on 29 September 2020, is a methodology to rank institutions of higher education in India.

Educational institutions are ranked in India based on the following parameters: Teaching, learning and resources, research, professional practice and collaborative performance (RPC), graduation outcome (GO), outreach and inclusivity (OI), and perception (PR). Indian Institutes of Technologies, Banaras Hindu University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Indian Institute of Management and other top universities have made it to the list this year.
