NIOS hall ticket 2021 for classes 10 and 12 for examinations scheduled to be held between 22 January and 15 February 2021 has been released on the official website. With this latest development, it seems unlikely that the NIOS 2021 exams will be postponed or cancelled as was being demanded by a section of students and parents. The National Institute of Open Schooling is already currently conducting practical examinations for students of classes 10 and 12.

How to Download NIOS Hall Ticket 2021?

Students can download the hall ticket from the official NIOS website by first entering the 12 digit roll number, selecting the hall ticket type, and then submit the request to get the hall ticket. Hall tickets will be downloaded only if students have paid their exam fee for January February NIOS 2021 exams. Furthermore, the student’s photograph must be available with NIOS as the hall ticket may not be generated due to missing photos. In that case, students must contact their Regional Centre.

With Hall Ticket Being Released, Chances of Postponement or Cancellation are Slim

Several students and parents were requesting for the postponement or cancellation of NIOS 2021 exams as they claim that they have not been able to prepare for examinations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some students have received their study material late, and have not been able to attend coaching classes due to the lockdown. However, NIOS has responded to the matter saying “The study materials are dispatched directly to learner’s address. However, learners can also refer the study materials available on the NIOS portal including video lectures on the NIOS official YouTube channel.” Those who wish to download the NIOS Hall Ticket 2021 are advised to go to the official website for more information.
